And So It Begins

Well this is the newest addition to my kitchen. I am so happy to finally have a Cuisinart Pressure Cooker, it really is a god send. At first I thought it may just be another gadget that may not get used much but honestly this is one of my favorite pieces of equipment, its magnificent.
Never have I imagined cooking being so 'Quick and Easy' it really helps take the WORK out of cooking. I love to cook, and bake especially but this has really resurrected my desire to experiment with recipes and make new healthy enjoyable meals for my family.

So if you would like to join my journey and try some Jennifer original recipes that I really hope you'll enjoy I would be grateful for any feedback. At times I may add some recipes that I have just tweaked to suit my taste. I hope to update this blog at least once a week but when I have more time I will update even more frequently.
